If you’re only going to buy one shirt, make it this one.

We were tired of the dry cleaners, so we decided to make a better button-down. Relying on the tried-and-true benefits of merino wool, we designed these shirts to be worn more and washed less. Our founder wore his for 100 days straight, just to prove the performance of merino (side note, you can earn a free shirt doing the same).

Replace your entire closet of shirts with just a couple of ours. They’re better for you, your wallet, and the environment. They’re just better.

Great shirt, but no tall slim

The shirt was comfortable and well-made. The regular large was too baggy and the slim large was too short. Tall sizes are only available in regular fit. If I’m going to spend $150 on a shirt, it needs to fit perfectly. None of the other shirt styles are available in tall. Too bad.

Fits great. I'm 5'9" 160lbs and suits me like a glove

Good shirt

I have wanted a wool dress shirt for a long time and finally splurged and it is an excellent shirt. Heavier than I thought it would feel bit even in 85 degree weather I felt not overly hot. Little loose around the neck is all I can say as a negative otherwise good shirt.

Look no further. As good as it gets.

A man who's not as tall as he thinks buys a nice shirt and pays duty

The first disappointment was when the shirt arrived at the post office in Canada I had to pay $70 of duty and taxes. I see a review here from another customer with the same experience. If I'd have known I might have had it sent to my US address.
The second disappointment was to find that, as usual, I hadn't looked at the size guide. When I buy shirts off the rack, I always end up with sleeves that are too short and too much room in the chest and waist. I buy large tall and take in the sides or medium tall and don't button the collar.
But a simple look would have sufficed. neck 16.5” chest 41” waist 36” sleeves 35"? That's Wool&Princes large slim, not large tall! How did I miss that?
The large tall shirt that I ordered was too big so I pushed the limits of my amateur tailoring ability. Took in the sleeves, shoulders and sides and added darts. It's still a little too long but I'll have it tucked in mostly.
Having opened up the seams I saw that this shirt is made with excellent-quality material and workmanship. My previous merino wool button-up from Wolk was comfortable but became discolored in the armpits and collar after just a few wears. I don't expect that to happen with this shirt because the material is totally different. Very heavy-duty in comparison. I've started the 100-day challenge, wearing the shirt in the mornings and evenings in a Canadian summer. It's comfortable!
In short, I think Wool&Prince are doing their part. The rest is up to us.
