Description: Help bring our product to life by being a Wear Tester for men’s and women’s merino wool lifestyle apparel. We are always on the lookout for people to try on our product so our team can gather valuable fit information from real people like you.
This posting is to collect names and sizes of potential wear testers in the Portland, OR area. Please review the below expectations and submit your info if interested. We will contact anyone that fits our needs later on.
Expectations: -Must have availability weekdays between 9-6pm and live in the Portland, OR surrounding area. -If selected, during the initial 15 minute "go-see" we will take your measurements and have you try on a couple items. This portion is unpaid. -If we do a full fitting, rates are $30 for the first half hour, additional $15 each 15 minutes over. -Fittings usually range from 30-60 minutes in our SE Portland office with our Designer and Tech Designer. Our office is stocked with an air purifier and hand sanitizer and all participants will be wearing masks. -During Fit sessions, we are looking for honest feedback on how the garments fit and feel on the body. We ask questions, but also expect you to tell us if something feels weird, so some garment knowledge is helpful. -Occasional take-home wear testing may be involved. -Fittings would happen a few times per year.
Sizes Needed: FEMALES: -sizes XS-3X -Age 30-70 -Height between 5'3" and 5'11" MALES: -sizes XS-XXL -Age 30-60 -Height between 5’9” and 6’4”

About You: Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 5 to 10 years of consumer marketing and brand building experience. You're a natural leader when working in groups. You communicate clearly and geek out with project management tools (ie asana or slack channels). Your friends would describe you as organized and a planner. You're looking forward to being responsible for the growth of Wool&Prince.
You're hungry for new experiences, enjoy learning on the fly, and you can make an impact right away. You are personable, detail oriented, creative, and an initiative-taker. You're a a team player who passes the airport test.
Responsibilities: Lead marketing team consisting of a full-time communications specialist and freelance graphic designers, photographers, and developers) -Create and manage marketing calendar -Develop strategy and execute launch for each product across all digital channels (email, social, web, PR, affiliate partners) --Unique marketing story for each product --Photography (lifestyle and studio) --Product copy --Ad creative -Create and execute paid social and paid search marketing strategy in partnership with external agency -Manage and develop blog content in partnership with freelance writers -Measure KPIs -Develop partnerships (ie Snarky Nomad boxer brief 2.0) -Market research --Annual survey (NPS) --Competitive positioning
Qualifications: -Invested in thoughtful consumerism and sustainable living -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Excellent analytical skills -5 to 10 years of consumer marketing and brand building experience

Responsibilities: -Design around five emails a month and create email in Mailchimp, our email provider. -Design ads for paid social each month like these -Building content pages like this and this -Edit images -Design graphics for web and print
