About Our Warehouse
Well, we don't have one yet, but we're actively searching for 3,000 to 6,000 sq ft of space in Portland or Milwaukie.

Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with at least 2 years of eCommerce fulfillment and logistics experience. As the warehouse manager, you will be responsible for getting our warehouse off the ground and running. Hands on management of fulfillment operations. This is an position with minimal oversight in a small organization. You will not be sitting in an office. You will be directly responsible for the day-to-day and long-term success of this operation.

Warehouse Manager Responsibilities:
-Warehouse set up: buy the right equipment, manage installation, oversee transfer of inventory
-Performs all personnel management functions for site associates including hiring, scheduling, time-sheet review, training, performance management, staff development and associate discipline
-Manage warehouse processes and make improvements when needed

-Deliver the right product in the right packaging to the right customer with the right shipping method
-Process returns and exchanges
-Manage shipping costs
-Inbounding: properly store the product
-Inventory management. Maintain correct inventory and conduct regular inventory counts on low stock items
-Willing to put in longer hours around the holiday season
-Maintain IT systems, specifically printers, computers, and software
-Analyze and resolve work related issues/problems
-Investigate and report all on-the-job accidents and injuries in a thorough and timely manner
-Responsible for efficiency and profitability metrics for the warehouse
-Resolve customer service issues or product information requests as needed by the Customer Experience Department
-Investigate customer complaints involving such matters as damaged product, picking, packing, etc. Make adjustments as necessary to insure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of customer-facing work experience. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will listen to and learn what customers need, be a creative and informed problem-solver, and make every interaction a delightful experience for the customer. Your passion for our brand, merino wool, and living simply will be evident in your communication. 10-15 hrs a week to start. Ability to check customer service channels three to four times a day (ie morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and evening) and spend around 10 to 45 minutes supporting customers each session.

CX Responsibilities:
