About Our Showroom
We have recently moved into a new space and are thrilled to debut our new showroom with extended hours. But first, we need your help! We feature our two lines in the showroom: Wool&Prince and wool&. We carry every colorway and every size so visitors can try on each style. When customers place an order in the showroom, it will ship from our St. Louis warehouse via UPS 2nd Day Air at no extra charge. We have limited inventory in back-stock that can be purchased and taken home same-day.

Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with at least 1-2 years of retail experience, and/or any relevant sales or service industry experience. As the lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for independently working the floor of our showroom in Portland. You will provide high-touch, high-quality customer service. You will listen to and learn what customers need, be informed of all product, and make every interaction an exceptional experience for the customer. Your passion for our brand, merino wool, and living simply will be evident in your interactions. 12 hrs a week to start (Saturdays and Sundays, 11am-5pm.) Experience in styling and product design knowledge a plus, but not required.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
-Work with our customers in a high-touch showroom environment
-Process sales transactions with our Shopify POS device
-Keep showroom clean and presentable
-Organize and prepare inventory
-Be an expert on our brand story and products
-Stay updated on company products and the product development pipeline
-Offer style and fit advice
-Coordinate with other departments and team members when applicable
-Constantly be learning skills to support and improve our showroom experience

Qualifications:
-Invested in thoughtful consumerism and sustainable living
-Excellent communication skills
-1 to 2 years of relevant retail/sales experience

Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of customer-facing work experience. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will listen to and learn what customers need, be a creative and informed problem-solver, and make every interaction a delightful experience for the customer. Your passion for our brand, merino wool, and living simply will be evident in your communication. 10-15 hrs a week to start. Ability to check customer service channels three to four times a day (ie morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and evening) and spend around 10 to 45 minutes supporting customers each session.

CX Responsibilities:
-Support, inform and educate our customers via email
-Miscellaneous analytics
-Record all customer feedback and quality control issues
-Delight customers with prompt, thorough responses
-Anticipate what the customer needs in each interaction
