Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 5-10 years experience in technical design for apparel. We're looking for someone who is highly detail orientated and can oversee prototype management. You will work alongside the Design Director on creation and follow through of all styles. 10-15 hours per week, partly in-office and remote. Pay DOE.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of technical design to ensure accuracy of product measurements, quality, construction, and fit
-Collaborate with Design on creation of a style to establish the initial spec and construction detail
-Effectively communicate fit intent and construction to vendors through written comments, photos, sketches, and pattern corrections
-Lead daily communication with vendors to ensure production timelines are met
-Accurately measure, evaluate, and prepare samples for fittings
-Create body and construction sketches in Illustrator as needed
-Maintain consistent fit, construction, grading guidelines across all product categories; collaborate with internal and external partners
-Identify potential production, quality and costing issues and make appropriate recommendations to ensure brand integrity
-Track prototype and PP samples in coherence with Time and Action calendar
-Maintain sample organization in office
-Assist in other projects as needed, i.e.: sourcing or hands-on pattern corrections 

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making or related field
-5+ years of relevant Technical Design experience, preferably with men’s and women’s apparel
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator
-Must be detail oriented with strong follow through including organization and priority skills
-Experience working with global factories and agents and ability to communicate effectively

Job Description:
Wool&Prince is looking for an individual with 1 to 2 years of customer-facing work experience. As the first point of contact with our customers, you will listen to and learn what customers need, be a creative and informed problem-solver, and make every interaction a delightful experience for the customer. Your passion for our brand, merino wool, and living simply will be evident in your communication. 10 to 20 hrs a week. Ability to check customer service channels three to four times a day (ie morning, mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and evening) and spend around 10 to 45 minutes supporting customers each session. $12/hr

-Support, inform and educate our customers via email and social media
-Update and report on KPIs (such as refund rate, exchange rate, customer suggestions, etc).

Responsibilities:
-Analyze non-new garments that W&P has in stock
-Develop secondhand sales strategy
-Develop streamlined process for photography, web copy, product page creation, inventory organization, and fulfillment
-Execute above process
-Additional operations and logistic tasks in the office
