Not the fit I wanted

These felt like a nice material and there was a nice degree of stretch, however, the fit wasn't great and I ended up returning them.

I bought Large — a size I would wear in most brands — and the length was nowhere near suitable. I'm a little tall and somewhat slender build so I didn't think moving up to the XL would solve the problem. I wanted something that was no different in the waist but quite a lot longer in the leg.

I will also mention that the pockets were perfunctory at best — they are small and shallow and things would immediately fall out of them. It would be great if pockets with zips were added.

Overall I think these are a potentially strong product but I found sizing really ineffective for a tall person, and I was disappointed that the pockets weren't better. I returned them so I can't comment on how they last.

We're so sorry you didn't love these pants with your 6'4' height! We'll pass along your feedback to the design team.

Incredible functionality, compromised aesthetics

Flat out these are the best sweats I've ever owned. They're incredibly compact when rolled up, making them excellent for travel. Despite their compact size, these sweats bring the temperature regulation of merino, keeping me warm when in a cold house or walking around the neighborhood in 50+ cool.

I also wear these to weightlifting and have for several months. Despite the barbell brushing against the crotch area I have yet to see any degradation there. These sweats are tough.

The only downside is the stitching, which tends to collect piling and fuzzies. I know sewing the pockets directly into the front of the pants makes them more compact with traveling, but there has to be a better stitching to use. It's especially important with sweatpants to make sure they don't look crappy, and this stitching is not helping.

Almost Perfect Pant

As expected, a well made quality product from Wool and Prince. Just wish the fabric was a bit more substantial. It’s a little too thin for my liking. I’m still keeping them because they are comfy to lounge in and the occasional zoom meeting.

Work From Home Champ

As an experienced home office guy, sweats are always in my rotation. These are the best I have ever had. The mid weight feels warm and durable, and the wool regulates temperature way better than synthetics. Warm when you want, cool when you don’t! These have replaced my standard vuori pants for zoom meeting attire.

Extremely comfy, light and insulating but major lint magnet

I've had these joggers for about 2 months now and I have really enjoyed them for the most part. As the title says, they perform as good merino should—breathable yet insulating. I wear them just about every day especially with being on lockdown, but I also like wearing them out for errands. They fit me quite nicely (I have a bit more of a muscular build) and really only start to show signs of wear (sagginess in crotch area) after about 2 weeks or so.

I have yet to try them for anything outdoor related, but I'm planning to utilize my smartwool baselayer with these on top next time I go backpacking and I'd imagine I'd be adequately warm.

The biggest issue that I have with these joggers however is the design choice to have all the seams externally facing. Now I'll admit I didn't zoom in and analyze the product photo like I should have, especially with the heftier price point, but still you'd think there should've been some more endurance testing on these..

Personally I would prefer if the seams were internal, for both aesthetic reasons (the pants look like they're inside-out) and for practical reasons. Because they're externally facing, they collect an INSANE amount of lint balls everywhere the seams are—so going from the hips, all the way down the legs, as well as the pockets. It's a bit annoying, mainly because I feel that for $150 these would be considered premium sweats, and after a week of wear with the amount of lint that collects it causes them to look a lot less premium.
