This Vest is Perfect

This vest is a perfect pairing for the spring and fall months. I love it. It is warm but not hot. It is fitted but not tight. It looks very sharp and high quality and doesn't have any gaudy logos. Because I love the thin profile and warmth I plan to also wear it as a mid-layer in the winter months. Awesome vest!!

Interestingly...

....this vest is virtually identical to the Ibex Shak vest but costs less. Same fabric, same cut and fit, same zippers, they look identical.
Just as with the Ibex version I find this one a little bit heavy and a little bit stiff, a little too long. I wish it were lighter, trimmer and had a little more stretch like the original Shak.
I do like the chest pocket but find the handwarmer pockets superfluous in a garment like this and that they detract from the overall look and fit.

Same great functionality of the Ponte jackets, which I own several of and use extensively. Great for my in-office days and much sharper looking/refined in comparison to the “finance-bro, tech-bro vests” others wear. Strikes a good balance of roomy, but not overly baggy and has a mid-section flattering drape like the jackets. (Maybe a bit more roomy than jacket, like another reviewer mentioned. W&P, you may want to compare measurements with jacket on next production run.) In any case, I expect to use as go-to for travel as well given the versatility and various pockets.

Make other colors and I’ll buy them!

The best vest

This is the best vest product that I have ever worn! It is warm but not in any way bulky, and can be work when casual or in the office. I am really into layering clothes, and this vest is as good as it gets. I'm an older guy (60's) and tend to feel cold, and this vest will be an indispensable part of my wardrobe!

Ponte Vest - Love It!!

I love the full zip Ponte Jacket - so thought I’d try the vest. I have found that the fit of the vest is even better than the jacket. (It may be that my jacket size is a bit off, but the medium jacket fits snugger than the medium vest). The vest fits great, color is good, and looks clean and tailored. I will definitely buy another vest if/when additional colors come out.
