Great feel, one flaw

I was so excited to receive this, and love its structure and feel. I put it on, zipped it up, and the zip was stuck immediately, right at my neck. Long and painful story short, by the time I could unzip it, the thin stretchy material around the zip tore an ugly little hole. Luckily it’s black, but the build quality has let me down
