Job Description:
This is a newly created position to own Wool&Prince creative direction. Mac, the Wool&Prince founder, has been acting as the creative director and would like to give someone else the opportunity to shape and steer the brand. Could the title for this role be creative director or brand director? Sure. We're open to a variety of titles and experience levels. Ultimately, we're looking for a candidate who wants to pour themselves into this role and take the brand to the next level. No idea is too big. This role comes with an immense amount of autonomy, responsibility, and opportunity. We'll obviously ease you in, but expectations are high. You'll be setting the strategy and you will also have your hands in the details producing the actual work. We have two Senior Graphic Designers and an Asst. Manager of Photography & Production working primarily on our sister brand, wool&. The team will partner with you on video editing, photoshoots, email, and other design needs.

About You:
You're a builder, designer, creative, and menswear enthusiast. You get excited about building something special together with an A+ team. You thrive with autonomy and you’re a self starter who likes to problem solve. You appreciate and understand how to work with different personality types.

Responsibilities:

• Set creative direction, brand positioning, and messaging
• Oversee photography art direction and styling
• Create and execute campaign strategy, including paid advertising creative
• Create content
• Identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee organic social
• Input on product from start to finis

Additional opportunity:

• Community manager - comfort level modeling and talking to product in videos.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient with Figma, Dropbox, Slack, Asana (or something similar)
