12/19 noon PST: Expedited domestic shipping within the U.S.

Note: some locations closest to our warehouse in Portland, OR may receive orders faster than stated shipping deadlines.
Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 have an extended return period. These purchases may be returned by either January 10, 2025 or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. All other terms of our standard “Return Policy” still apply.
Exchanging a gift?
US-based Customers: You will need the original order number and billing zip code of the purchaser/gifter, then visit https://returns.woolandprince.com to complete your exchange.

Note: Refunds must be made to the original payment method. Gift cards are non-refundable, and items listed as final sale (Warehouse Cleanout or Gift with Purchase items) are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
